Tote bag worked from the bottom up. Starts with a rectangle with stitches picked up around edge and knit in round to the top. Handles are knit in. Worked at a looser than normal gauge for stretchiness. Elongated stitches on sides have contrast yarn woven through them and tied into bow. Could also be made with strips of fabric, plastic bags, or old tee shirts.
