Knit yourself a gorgeous lace pullover. Choose between a sweet sleeveless layering piece or add the sleeves for a full pullover. The balloon sleeves and deep cuffs add a little drama to the simple shaping, balanced by the wide hem ribbing. The pattern also includes a choice between cropped or hip length. It’s simple enough to add additional length if desired.
Boronia is a small flowering shrub, native to Australia. Blooming in colours from pale pink to deep magenta and all shades in between, I adore this plant for its incredible scent that signals spring.

PATTERN NOTES
Please note this pattern is charted only, there are no written instructions for the lace sections.
Suitable for a confident knitter. The Boronia Pullover is worked bottom up, beginning with the hem, in the round. Additional length may be added at this point. Backs and fronts are then worked flat and are joined at the shoulder with a 3 needle bind off. Stiches are picked up for the sleeves and worked top down to the cuff.

GAUGE
17 sts and 30 rows/rounds = 4”/10 cm in Boronia lace, blocked.
18 sts and 29 rounds = 4”/10 cm in Ribbing, blocked

1 stitch marker, optional stitch markers to mark lace repeats, spare needle for 3 needle bind off, tapestry needle, waste yarn or holders for holding stitches.
