This is a free pattern for a detailed wine cozy that fits a standard bottle of wine. The entire piece is knitted with two strands of yarn combined, bottom-up. A separately knitted i-cord holds the bottle more securely and adds shape and completeness to the cozy. The pattern is intended to just surpass the height of a standard wine bottle.

This is a perfect way to dress up a bottle of wine as a host gift!

This pattern is a modification of my original wine cozy pattern. This width of this wine cozy has been taken in to reduce the superfluous spaciousness of the previous one; however, should you want a more roomy cozy, the two patterns can be combined rather easily.
