There are corrections on rib row 3 and inc row.

Top (work 2 pieces)
Using 4.5 mm (US 7) needles and the cable cast on method, work picot cast on as folls:
Cast on 5 sts using the cable cast on method, cast off 2 sts, slip st on RH needle back onto LH needle (3 sts now on LH needle), rep from until 81 sts on needle.
Rib row 1: (P3, K3) to last 3 sts, P3.
Rib row 2: (K3, P3) to last 3 sts, K3.
Rib row 3 (dec): (P3, sl1, K2, psso) 13 times, P3. (68 sts)
Rib row 4 (inc): (K3, P1, yo, P1) 13 times, K3. (81 sts)
These 4 rows form the mock cable lace rib.
Rep these 4 rows 11 times more.
Next row (inc): (P3, K1, M1, K2, P3, K3) 6 times, P3, K1, M1, K2, P3. (88 sts)
Next row: (K3, P4, K3, P3) 6 times, K3, P4, K3.
Change to 5 mm (US 8) needles and work 8 rows in lace patt as folls:
