The sweater is crocheted using a brioche-inspired technique that combines knit stitches and single crochet worked into the back loop. The raglan yoke shapes the garment beautifully, with chain stitches added to the armholes for extra ease. The body is worked straight down to the hem edge. Sleeves are tapered for fit and reinforced with a neat edging. The neckline is shaped with short rows and finished with a narrow edging.

The chunky neck warmer is worked as a tube, folded and sewn double, then finished with an elastic band — a small engineering feat for warmth.
