Bonnet with Frills, Bobbles, Flowers & Trims
Whether you want to make a baby-soft, lightweight bonnet for a preemie or newborn, a vintage style, cotton and lace, christening bonnet, a chunky warm bonnet for cold winter days or a thick, luxurious bonnet fit for a princess, this pattern can do it all.
The simple base can be made from any yarn, in a variety of sizes from micro-preemie to 2 years of age.
Once the base is complete, you decide to decorate it how you like. Maybe a delicate picot edging or a stunning fluted trim? By trimming in a contrasting colour, adding lace, swansdown, bows, beads or any other accessories you like, you can turn your bonnet into a truly individual item.
Pattern is written in UK terms with a table of US equivalents provided, as applicable.
Pattern is fully tested.
