Bondi is one of Australia’s most iconic beaches. Why not go to the beach in style, carrying a one-of-a-kind beach bag! The design was inspired by crochet granny square bags. Using mosaic knitting takes the classic design to the next level!

The bag is worked in squares. The pattern comes in three sizes.
Height (without strap) / bottom width 31(37, 43) cm / 12.25(14.5, 16.75)“

The squares are worked in rounds from the centre of the square.
Work with double pointed needles or circular needles using the magic loop method if needed.
The pattern has been tech edited and test knitted.

The sample was made in Aran / Worsted / 10 ply recycled cotton yarn, Sureña. Different yarn weights and fibres can be used but this affects the size of the bag and the amount of yarn needed.

The sample was made in size L.
