Blue Skies Beret is a pretty little French hat featuring a neat pattern, giving the classic French beret a nice twist. It is simple to make, starting at the top with increases continuing into the pattern. Once the full width of the hat is reached, the lace pattern stops, and you will finish in single crochet. It is made using two strands of cotton for a firm fit, which also makes the beret work up quickly.
