This listing is for the Bling-Bling Shawl pattern.

B is for Bling-Bling…Bling-Bling is the Path B option in Ambah’s recent This or That MKAL, a design where knitters can choose between 6 Path A or Path B options, either knitting a straight path or mix and match between the two. Now available as 4 stand alone patterns, the path A Actinotus Shawl or Wrap and the path B versions; Bling-Bling Shawl or Wrap.
Can’t decide? Then perhaps the original This or That pattern is for you, find the Shawl here and the Wrap here for the combined A & B pattern.

Knit yourself some bling that will draw many admirers. The Bling-Bling Shawl is a project of many diamonds, combined to create a beautifully ornate piece you’ll treasure for years to come. Savour the details as the stripes morph into diamonds incorporating both mosaic and lace knitting techniques.
The resulting asymmetrical triangle is easy to wear. Choose two strongly contrasting colours for the mosaic sections and either use the same colour for the lace or have fun and introduce a third colour into your project.
For my sample I used a 6 colour gradient set for C2 and C3, knitting them in order for each part to allow the fade to continue through the lace sections.

The pattern includes both written and charted instructions.
