Please note:
Sirdar specifies a 4.0 mm hook, which they also call a US F/5. In the US, an F/5 measures 3.75 mm. Suggest that you start on a 4 mm hook, and adjust accordingly if needed.

You will also need a cushion pad that measures approximately 11.75” x 19.75” (30 cm x 50 cm)
