Needles and Notions
Gauge-size needles of your preferred type for working small circumferences, for squares
2 Sets of 60-80cm 24-32in gauge-size circular needle for joining squares and strips
150cm 60in Above-gauge-size circular needle for working edging and i-cord bind off - 3 sizes larger than your gauge-size needle. Stitch marker. Tapestry needle. Sample used 3.25mm needle for knitting squares and 4.5mm needle for edging and bind off.
Gauge and blocking
Unblocked squares measures 14x14cm 5½x5½in, which are then stretched aggressively to 17.5x17.5cm 7x7in for blocking. After blocking each completed square measures 16x16cm 6¼x6¼in.
