Not a shawl for the beginner but the intermediate should be able to do fine. There are two charts and written instructions to follow for the pattern but reading charts isn’t hard! The lights and darks in the picture are not shading, they’re actually the variegated yarn doing its thing; changing from blues to yellows. The yarn is fun to work with and is very soft.
