Years ago my friends’ toddler drew a blue bird for me. Circles and triangles and still clearly a bird; I loved its simple shapes and goofy mouth placement. I thought it would be a perfect knitting pattern -- a little birb inspired by a little person. It’s just the right size to fit in the palm of a small hand. Designed with fingering weight yarn, Birby Baby Bird uses the scraps from your socks or sweaters. They’re an easy and addicting stash buster -- you’ll have a whole flock before you know it!
