This adorable duo are all dressed up for a day out, with the proud father bull Billy taking calf Bertie on a walk around Woolly Farm. These toys uses stockinette, reverse stockinette and garter stitch to make a pair of textured knits.

Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the toys are knit in DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES:
A pair of 3.75mm single pointed knitting needles (US 5).

RECOMMENDED YARN:
King Cole Big Value DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; less than 25g in each colour

NOTIONS:
Tapestry needle, toy filling, buttons/beads for eyes, and a crochet hook to attach the bull’s fringe.

SIZES:
One size only - The bull is 19cm tall and calf 14cm tall.

TECHNIQUES:
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
