Materials needed:

Super bulky/size 6 yarn in two contrasting colors, approximately 75 yards total--roughly 45 yards of Color A and 30 yards of Color B

US 13 (9 mm) circular knitting needles with a 16” cord

US 15 (10 mm) circular knitting needles with a 16” cord

US 15 (10 mm) Double Pointed Needles (DPNs) or US 15 (10 mm) circular knitting needles with a longer cord for Magic Loop Method

Stitch marker

Scissors

Tapestry needle

Pom pom maker or faux fur pom, if desired

8.5 sts and 12 rows per 4” square knit in the Fair Isle pattern (body of the hat) with US 15 (10 mm) needles
