This is an older pattern from Tahki Stacy Charles, Inc. It was possibly a free pattern with purchase from LYS. Model and photo look familiar enough to have possibly been a featured ad pattern.

The hat is similar to the watch cap pattern by Ann Regis, but it is different. Pattern calls for five balls of either of the three suggested yarns.
