The hat is snug fitting but can be stretched to fit, or stretched to slouch a bit in the back.

NOTE ABOUT YARN SUBSITUTION: Spud and Chloe Outer is a very unique yarn, I tried working the same pattern with a bouncy merino yarn that knits up to the same gauge, but the hat came out very small. So if you are making this hat and don’t want to use the yarn called for, do so at your own risk!
