Berry Christmas
Here you get TWO designs that use the same yarn. If you buy the sample yarn (Lion Brand’s Scarfie) … you will have enough to make TWO sets!
PATTERN STITCH other NOTES
• COWL – worked in a slipped stitch pattern from Barbara Walker’s “Charted Knitting Designs” with a garter bottom hem and a ribbed top folded to the inside
• MITTS – corrugated rib cuff growing into gusset for thumb; thumb stitches put on hold while finishing the hand on dpns. Thumb stitches picked up and worked a round or two before ribbing
• Directions are charted (for cowl) and written out (for both)
