I wanted a wrap that had texture and interest, that included a little challenge, but that was also a pleasure to make. I also wanted to see how two different Whirls might work together. Explore some textured crochet stitches to create a beautiful, functional wrap. I used two full Scheepjes Whirls, one in Rhubarb Bumble and one in Passion Fruit Melt, and a Whirlette in Pomegranate on a 3.50mm hook. The design uses lots of bobbles made of clusters for surface texture, and they also serve to add weight to the wrap. The size of the wrap can be easily increased by making more repeats, but you would need more yarn.

Special stitches
Bobble - work 5 trebles into the same place, omitting the final stage of each stitch so that the last loop of each stitch remains on the hook (6 loops on hook). Wrap the yarn over the hook and draw through all of the loops on the hook
FpTrTrDtr2tog - an uneven front post triple treble/double treble together. Work the first triple treble around the front post of the bobble specified, and the second double treble over the next bobble. Omit the final stage of each stitch so that the last loop of each stitch remains on the hook. Wrap the yarn over the hook and draw through all three loops on the hook.
