Bereza
Inspired by European birches with their pale bark and diamond-shaped leaves, this snuggly pullover is a loose-fitting drop-shoulder tunic with a split hem. It is constructed from the top down in four simple pieces with slipped edge stitches for easy seaming (CHART ONLY).
The four pieces are worked flat from the top down so that the textured leaves look like the birch forest canopy and the cables like tree trunks and branches. To avoid any complicated shaping in the pattern, stockinette panels are placed at underarms of the sleeves. The body and sleeves can be easily customized to just about any length thanks to the simple shaping.
