Beret St. Edmunds
Discontinued.
This digital pattern is no longer available online.
Continuing the puns from Canterberet we have Beret St. Edmunds (Bury St. Edmunds, an ancient English town this time, not a city).
Beret St. Edmunds is a chunkier, faster knit but just as stylish. Two-stitch cables, blackberry stitch and stocking stitch work together here so that you don’t have chance to get bored with any of them along the way.
2 x 100g balls of the Mondial Kross yarn, only 60g or so of the second ball is used.
This time (unlike the Canterberet) I just couldn’t stop Wendy getting the pompom maker out, but it’s just as nice without one.
