The pattern contains two projects: Virginia, a bulky garter stitch scarf, and Maryland, a bulky garter stitch cowl. Each project uses one skein or less of Neighborhood Fiber Company’s Beltway Bulky held together with one strand of Neighborhood Fiber Company’s loft, in a matching colorway.

For Virginia, you will also need 3 yards of matching ribbon and for Maryland, you will need either 2 yards of matching ribbon or 2 large buttons.
