Bedroom Slippers
No gauge is given, nor are any materials suggested. Based on the nmber of stitches called for and the picture of the finished product, a fingering weight would probably be suitable.
The pattern uses loop stitch (“furry stitch”) for the interior of the slipper. The base fabric is knit in color A with the interior loops in color B. The exterior is a stripe pattern of the two colors.
These are worked in two pieces, the sole and the upper separately; on completing the two parts and after sewing them together, the short leg piece is worked.
The leg piece is knit of color A in 2x2 rib, with an eyelet row for a ribbon or cord.
