This is a mystery sock for the Sock Knitters Anonymous group. Clues will be released in March (March 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd). The pattern as a whole will be released on the 22nd as well.

I strongly recommend a solid color to show off the cables in this sock, but a gradient or long-striping yarn would also work. A yarn with wild variegation will hide the pattern.

Sizing is based on a 64-72-80 stitch size, but the cables will pull that in a bit. If in doubt, size up rather than down.

Again, due to the cables, plan on more yarn rather than less. If you know a typical avarage yardage, plan on 10-15% more than that. The recommended 375-400 is an estimate. If you are knitting a longer foot or leg, yardage requirements will vary.
