Beaune Hat

This pattern was inspired by the polychromatic roof of the Hospices de Beaune, France where I first visited in summer 2008.
It is a simply constructed hat, knitted from the bottom to the top, though I recommend that you have a little experience with stranded knitting before attempting to make this hat.
This hat requires only two balls of different color yarn (any yarn with about 90-95m per ball will do).
Hope you enjoy your colors with this pattern!
Note: For your edge, ‘applied i-cord bind off’ is another good idea!
