Construction:
The Bearses Cardi is a modular knit pattern.
The body is worked by knitting diamonds and joining them together. After the body is complete, the yoke is picked up from the top edge, and the fronts and back are worked separately, flat. Shoulders are seamed, and sleeves are worked outward from the body in the round. Finally, sts are picked up along the front and back neck edges, and a shawl collar is worked, ending with an I cord bind off edging.
