A couple of years ago I had the pleasure of visiting the gorgeous area known as “Indian Creek” in the Bears Ears National Monument. Such a stunning, wild landscape and a place filled with so much cultural and archeological history.
It breaks my heart to read that this spectacular area gets destroyed by uneducated visitors, and even worse that it could be exploited for mining and energy development. We must protect our natural areas and historical treasures for future generations.

Gauge is not critical but will affect size and drape of finished shawl, as well as yardage needed.
