The pattern is written for an average size adult foot, with adaptations included for smaller or larger sizes (women’s US 7 or smaller, and womens’ US 11 or larger). Be aware that cotton will stretch over time, so the sandal does have a lot of flexibility in the design.

This pattern does assume a basic knowledge of beading. The crocheter will need approximately 50 size 6/0 glass seed beads, as well as 2- 6 or 8 mm beads or similar sized charm to serve as a clasp. Jump rings, and necessary beading tools will also be used.

Any brand of size 10 crochet thread, in any color may be used. You need only 40-70 yards to complete a pair of these delightful sandals.
