This pattern was designed in February, hence the name. Love is in the air in February but it is still chilly outside! The Be Mine scarf utilizes a pattern repeat of two rows of the traditional granny stitch and two lacy rows, which allows a bit of a peek-a-boo effect. The extra width of the scarf gives you enough fabric to stay warm when you go out with your sweetheart.

This easy pattern is worked flat with no border. The pattern uses a wool fingering weight yarn and 4.5 mm hook, but it can be worked up with any yarn. Stitch multiples are also given so you can increase the width for a wrap. Keep in mind that sizing, hook, and amount of yarn needed will be different than the pattern if width or yarn weight is increased.

Stitches Used: chain, single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet & slip stitch.
