„“Birthday Cake” is appropriately named the colour of the gradient yarn from Lang Yarns. Using a solid white as “frosting”, wonderful birthday socks can be knitted from it.

But even in other colour combinations, they will be real eye-catchers. The colourful mix of twisted cast-on edge, dipped stitches, and colour changes brings joy to knitting.

The socks are knitted from the cuff down with a heel flap and gusset. The instructions offer both knitting techniques: on circular needles (Magic Loop) or with classic double-pointed needles.
