The fingering version has finished chest sizes of 32 1/2 (35, 37, 38 1/2, 40 1/2, 43, 45, 46 1/2, 48 1/2, 53, 56 1/2, 61)“ 82.5 (89, 94, 98, 103, 109, 114.5, 118, 123, 134.5, 143.5, 155) cm, and uses 4 (5, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7, 7, 7, 8, 8, 9) hanks of Fibre Company Cumbria Fingering (or an equivalent amount of any fingering-weight yarn).
The Worsted version has finished chest sizes of 32 1/2 (34, 37, 38 1/2, 40, 43, 44 1/2, 47 1/2, 50, 53, 56, 60 1/2)“ 82.5 (86.5, 94, 98, 101.5, 109, 113, 120.5, 127, 134.5, 142, 153.5) cm and uses 8 (9, 10, 11, 12, 12, 13, 14, 14, 15, 16, 18) hanks of Quince and Co. Lark (or an equivalent amount of any worsted weight yarn).
The Bulky version has finished chest sizes of 30 1/2 (33 1/2, 36, 38 1/2, 41 1/2, 44, 46 1/2, 49 1/2, 52, 54 1/2, 57 1/2, 60)“ 77.5 (85, 91.5, 98, 105.5, 112, 118, 125.5, 132, 138.5, 146, 152.5) cm and uses 5 (6, 7, 7, 8, 8, 9, 10, 10, 11, 11, 12) hanks of Harrisville Designs Turbine (or an equivalent amount of any worsted weight yarn).
I recommend using sturdy yarns without too much drape for raglan sweaters, at any gauge. Please choose a size that’s 3-6’’ (7.5 - 15 cm) larger than your upper torso to be comfortable in a raglan sweater.
