This basic hat pattern includes four sizes. It is knitted in the round in knit stitch only. No purling!

It is important for the fit that you pick a yarn weight that says 22 stitches = 4”/10 cm. Otherwise your hat might turn out smaller or bigger.
Once you start to knit in the round your gauge will get tighter!

The pattern is very detailed and is suitable for a first time hat project.
The rolled edge allows the hat to “grow” and you don’t have to be afraid that your hat turns out too long.
