Barber Pole
Barber Pole: One of my favorite techniques is cabling. If you think of it as just knitting your stitches out of order it’s less intimidating. Use a cable needle at first and when you feel confident try knitting without a cable needle.
Finished Measurements:
5” wide x 30” circumference
Materials:
#4 –Worsted about 180 yards. Shown in Phydeaux Designs Beurre (100% Superwash Merino, 180 yards) Miami - 1 skein
Tools & Notions:
US 10-24” Circular Needles, Cable Needle, Stitch Markers
Gauge:
18 stitches = 4” stockinette
