The cowl looks so pretty, and the cables look like you are a pro for making them; but they are actually very easy if you are comfortable with knitting cables. It is worked flat, beginning with a provisional cast on, and the piece is finished with a 3-needle bind off.

4mm (US 6) for working flat or size needed for correct gauge. Another needle the same size or smaller and one more needle the same size or larger will be needed for the 3-needle bind off.
