These balloons use a 3 mm hook and Ricorumi DK Cotton yarn. When using the recommended hook size, yarn and yarn under (x stitch), the balloon itself measures 1.5 inches/3.8 centimeters long.

Other materials needed are:
Polyfill stuffing
22 gauge wire
