The game is afoot!
Starting April 1st, we will begin our second Stunning Mystery Society knit-along for 2018. As we knit our projects, we will experience the adventures of Sherlock Holmes.

This single color, rectangular shawl, is knit in luscious cashmere or silk blend, fingering weight yarn. You can choose from four sizes: Small, Medium, Large or Extra Large.

Stunning String Studio has Baker Street Mystery Kits in your choice of colors, complete with beads, stitch markers and the pattern. You can choose yours here.

The clues will be spread out over 8 weeks with simple, non-stressful sections released each week.

If you’ve never done a Mystery Knit Along before, you are in for a treat. Discovering the mystery along with your fellow knitters is the best. Each Clue will be added to the one(s) previous, so in the end, you’ll have the final pattern in whole.

The MKAL discussions will be in the Wild Prairie Knits group, so come and join us.

Pattern is fully written and charted. This pattern is knitCompanion® supported. What does that mean?

Skills Needed
Each clue will be fully written out and charted. The stitches used are basic, so it is a relaxing knit, but with enough detail to keep you interested. Basic knit increases and decreases (yo, k2tog, ssk) are included, but anything beyond that will be explained. We will be offering a good introduction to working more detailed lace and beading.
