Baby Wren is a lovely short sleeved cardigan for little ladies worked from the bottom up and requiring minimal finishing. It has a sweet patterned edge and a two button closure that gives it a flyaway silhouette.

Estimated yardages are as follows:
6 month size--200 yards
12 month size--250 yards
18 month size--300 yards

You will also need 24” Size 8 circular needles and Sz 8 DPNs (or the size needed to obtain gauge) and 2-5/8” buttons.

When knit to gauge (18 stitches & 26 rows = 4” in stockinette st) the chest circumferences work out as follows:

6 months--18”
12 months--20”
18 months--22”
