If working to the recommended tension, the finished plush should be approximately 3 inches (7.5cm) in diameter.
Materials Required:
2 knitting needles (US3/3.25mm or as per tension advice)
5g black double knit (DK) yarn (e.g. Stylecraft Special DK 1002 ‘Black’)
5g yellow DK yarn (e.g. Sirdar Snuggly DK 528 ‘Custard’)
2 black safety eyes (9mm)
Polyester stuffing
1 tapestry needle for finishing
Electric iron or fine blocking wire and pins
Skills used: Casting on and off, Increasing and Decreasing, Picking up stitches
Stitches used: Stocking stitch, Garter stitch
Like all ButterflyLove patterns, it is knitted flat.
