The Baby Ringer Tee is an expansion add-on pattern, allowing you to modify your Baby Gem Tee into a 1960’s-70’s ringer tee by changing the hems. The hems add a fun pop of colour and a nice clean finish.

How To Use This Expansion Pattern
The Baby Ringer Tee expansion pattern provides instructions to make “ringer” style hems in place of the frilled lettuce hems of the Baby Gem Tee.

Follow the Baby Gem Tee pattern instructions as written until you reach the specified sections outlined in this expansion pattern. It will help to first read over this expansion pattern to find out where the pattern changes are made and highlight/mark them in your Baby Gem pattern. The parts that are different from the Baby Gem Tee pattern are:

The body hem
The sleeve hems
The neckband

Please note that the yarn required for the Baby Ringer Tee varies from the Baby Gem Tee, as you will need a contrasting yarn colour. The main yarn colour has been labelled as yarn A, and the contrast colour for the ringer hems is labelled yarn B.
