Baby Lollipops Crochet Blanket
Baby Lollipops was made as a gift for my great niece Isla who was born in September 2019.
At the age of 6 to 8 weeks babies start to see colour, it helps to stimulate and develop their brains, I just hope I haven’t over stimulated Isla :-)
The photos were taken with her mummy when she was 5 days old.
Size
30 x 41 inches
Yarn
600 gms of 4 ply/fingering (360 to 400 metres per 100 gms) yarn in various rainbow colours.
Baby Lollipops was made with about 20 different yarns and colours including Fyberspates Scrumptious 4 ply, Cascade 220 fingering, King Cole Merino Blend 4 ply, Scheepjes Invicta Extra, Drops Baby Merino, Drops Fabel.
Colour
Throughout the blanket the colours are chosen at random, the only rule is to make sure the same colour isn’t repeated in the same motif.

3.25mm or size needed for your tension.
