A beautiful baby blanket that creates a lovely textured fabric on both sides -- features a textured central panel, stockinette bands above and below, and an all-around garter stitch border.

The stockinette bands can be used to add duplicate stitch designs to further personalize this for a loved wee one. (Directions NOT included).

Pattern includes both a charted version and full row-by-row instructions.

Yarn
790 (1873)yds / 722 (1713)m DK-weight yarn.

Smaller version (shown): Used 2 balls Bernat Softee Baby (361 m / 395 yds per 140g; 100% acrylic) in Pink. The sample blanket use all but 20 yards of the 2 balls of yarn

2 stitch markers; large-eyed needle.
