I had a request from a fellow crocheter for a hat pattern with the awareness ribbon section built into it. This is what I came up with and I hope that you can put it to good use!

This is not a difficult pattern but you do need to know where to work some stitches the first time you make the hat. I have created a full video tutorial for the entire pattern. I have also provided direct links to certain spots in the video for those who only need a little bit of assistance. Direct links are included for locating the back bar (3rd loop), the Ribbon Round, the round following the ribbon round, hat shaping (decreasing), how to close the top of the hat, and how to whipstitch the edges of the band.

This free pattern is available in 4 sizes. You can change up the colors to correspond with the campaign you are working on.

The written pattern includes small images which when clicked on will expand, for anyone who does not enjoy watching video tutorials.
