Ava Sweater
Ava Sweater is a classic raglan sweater with a loose fit. The sweater is worked from top to bottom. After working the neckline, short rows are made for a good fit across the upper back. The sweater uses multiple colors for the pattern, which are easy to personalize based on the colors you choose. The piece is worked on circular needles from the neck and down to the armholes. Then the piece is divided – the front and back pieces are worked, and then the sleeves are put on hold and worked individually.
If you want to have an easier knitting experience, you can replace the Italian cast on method with the long-tail cast on method. In this case, be careful that the cast on does not become too tight.
