This design first appeared on the Knit-on-the-Net website in 2009 The original pattern was quite large, so I have completely re-written it.(October 2013)
Ava is a wrap jacket knitted in Rowan Kidsilk Haze. The instructions include the option of beading on the main part of the body and a beaded loop collar, or a lace edging around the neck.
Sizes 32 & 34 ins use 5 balls of yarn, sizes 36, 38 & 40 use 6 balls of yarn and size 42 ins uses 7 balls.
The beaded version takes between 1480 & 1750 size 8 glass seed beads.
