This shawl was made out of stash yarn.
The gauge is not crucial you can replace the DK yarn with any hand dyed DK with a tension of 20 - 22 sts to 10 cm (4 in).
The Anny Blatt Mohair/Angora is thick and luxurious, but the design would also work with a standard mohair. A finer yarn would give more definition to the lace pattern.
I used one skein of the DK yarn (260 metres) and 4 x 20g balls of the Angora Givre (240 metres total).
