This pattern is for a scarf with autumn colored knit leaves. The leaves are created using a lace leaf stitch which is both charted and written out line by line. This particular leaf lace pattern comes to us from Japan.

The pattern includes instructions for both an optional crocheted edging (the only crochet needed in the pattern) and how to make it lacier and/or warmer.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a working knowledge of lace stitches)

The sample was expertly test knitted by Elizabeth Lasker who can be contacted at: ealasker@yahoo.com, and was knit with Fleece Artists Tree Wool in colorway, Marigold. The Tree Wool yarn contains tencel with the merino, giving the scarf a soft feel and great stitch definition. I picked this colorway, as it reminded me of the colors of leaves turning colors in autumn.
The pattern is for sale right here on Ravelry or in my Etsy Shop in the Eclectic Scarf Section (https://www.etsy.com/shop/WearableArtEmporium?section_id=…)
