About garment and pattern

August vest is a cozy reversible vest in chunky mohair. The neckline is the same on both sides, so the ties can be used either way. The circumference can be altered with the ties, men given measurements are when they are tied shut. The vest is worked top down with simple increases by the neckline and under the arms. The vest has a cropped fit, but can easily be lengthened if desired. It has sizeable arm holes and can work well at a range of eases. The pictured vest has 20 cm of ease, but you can include 10 cm ease for a closer fit, or 30 cm ease for a more oversized version.
