ABOUT
The perfect duo, brioche & garter stitch, make this sweet shawl a delight to knit. This pattern is designed to make use of one sock set: one full skein + one mini skein of fingering weight yarn. The shawl is made up of 5 sections, each section flips the garter and brioche back and forth. The mini skein, used as the contrast colour, accents sections two and four. “Augere” is the Latin word for increase — this shawl begins with casting on just 4 stitches, and increases every other row for the entire knit!
