Pattern for life-size asparagus stalk knit in the round with added “scales” picked up and knit on to the work.

Requires small amounts of 3 colours of fingering yarn -- pattern asks for 50 grams/ 175 metres of main colour, moss green (but that will make several stalks) and tiny remnants of two contrasting colours.

Toy stuffing is required.
