The reversible slanted stitch used in this cowl adds great depth of color to an already luscious yarn, and is simple to learn following the video tutorial on the page. Adjust the width by adding or subtracting a multiple of 4 chains/stitches, or adjust the circumference by adding/subtracting rows.

I sewed it together with an infinity twist put it but you could also sew it without one, or grab some extra yarn and do a scarf!
